DOES ACUPUNCTURE HURT?
By Dr. Tim Leasenby Your comfort is always my primary concern. Acupuncture uses tiny needles the size of a single strand of hair. Sometimes you may feel a quick sting like a mosquito, but many times you will not even know that I have started a treatment. Acupuncture needles do not hurt like classic hypodermic needles used for giving shots. Many people experience a soothing feeling as the nerve flow begins to balance. I work hard to make the process as quick and as painless as possible. |
